How to buy

How to buy at the Soller-Sivcakgutars e-shop? It is simple. 

  • You do not have to register to our e-shop. However, the registration will make your shopping easier in a way of not having to fill the order form when shopping here again and you could also review your past purchases easily.
  • Shopping itself is easy. Choose the product category you are interested in in the upper left part of the screen. You will display current products menu by clicking the chosen category (for example pickups, strings, cables) or you will display menu for specifying the product based on the sorting (for example pickups - guitar, bass guitar).
  • Now, you can browse the entire products menu of the category you have chosen.
  • Click the item picture you are interested in to get more information about it. If you decide to buy the item, you can do so by clicking the “ADD TO CARD” icon. Do not forget to specify the number of items required.
  • Further, you can decide whether you would like to proceed to shopping or whether you would like to proceed to make your order. If you wish to make the order, you can do so by clicking on the “CHECK” icon.
  • Now please choose one of three possibilities (i) purchase without the registration, (ii) make the registration (iii) log in if you are already registered.
  • Fill the order form (this step is not relevant for the registered customers). Fields marked with the star “*” are compulsory.
  • You can write the brief comment regarding the order.
  • By the confirmation your order will be sent and registered in our system.
  • Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the content of your order.
  • After processing your order, we will prepare an invoice, which we will send to you for payment.
  • When we receive the payment of the order, the goods will be dispatched to your address in following days.

How to buy for the company if you are VAT payer ?

1.         If you are a VAT payer and you want to buy on the company without VAT, it is important to create the order outside the registration.

2.         By default you put the products in the shopping cart.

3.         In the shopping cart, select the "company" option.

4.         Fill in "country" as the first field and then "company VAT Nr." ( the VAT number is valid VAT will be deducted)

5.         Fill in the other required data

6.         Select "Delivery Methods" and "Payment methods" and submit your order.
